Lenard Lind began his real estate career in 1989. A consistent top sales producer for 3 corporately owned real estate brokerages; Lenard received his own broker's designation in 1991, and set his sights on owning his own brokerage. In 1995, after four more years of award-winning service, and after becoming an accredited appraiser through the Ontario Real Estate Association, Lenard realized his dream and opened Countrywide Success Realty Inc. which prospered to the point where he bought out former employer, Sutton Group Realty Salesmasters Inc., the largest realtor in Aurora, only one year later. In 2000, Lenard did not renew his Sutton Group franchise and named the company L.H. Lind Realty Inc. and continued to prosper and maintain his #1 Sales Producer status.

In April of 2001, L.H. Lind Realty Inc. proudly became the first real estate company in Ontario, to be registered to the acclaimed ISO 9001:2000, which is internationally recognized as a symbol of quality. Lenard is also active in the community and dedicates both time and financial resources to numerous youth sports and community groups. He is a current member and a past director of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce and actively participates in the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce. Lenard also instructs for the real estate industry. L.H. Lind Realty Inc. was born of a strong work ethic and attention to client service, after all, the company's motto is "Service with Professionalism", and it is practiced everyday.

Eva has worked with Lenard since 1994. She started as a part-time receptionist/secretary at Sutton Group where Lenard was associate broker and top sales producer. Eva stayed with Lenard when he opened his first brokerage, Countrywide Success Realty Inc. When her children reached full-time school age, Eva began working full-time as Lenard's administrative assistant.

In October of 2001, she completed her real estate licensing courses and
works for Lenard full-time as his licensed assistant.
